From the moment a booking is confirmed to playing the last tune of the night, I pride myself on giving a top show and performance every time.
After a confirmed booking, I liaise with every client with regular contact to ensure all requests are catered for and evening plans are adhered to, (If you want a random tune while your cutting the cake or want an embarassing song for a relative or friend to dance to, you've got it). I guarantee a customer focused and friendly service every time, below are just a few of the criteria I abide by:-
- All equipment is PAT tested and regularly maintained to high standards.
- A high standard of customer care and professionalism.
- Friendly, polite and curteous at all times.
- Always dressed smartly at all times.
- Mobile Disco Equipment set up and tested up to 24 hours in advance (if/when applicable).
- Public Liability Insurance in place
I do not charge different rates for less/more equipment, its one set up and one fixed price (subject to destination of venue) ie no extra charge for use of a radio microphone for speeches.
Main areas covered are the East Midlands including Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire but other areas are considered.
